Hey everyone! Welcome back to my third and final blog post on none other than women's reproduction. So far we've touched on contraceptives, teen sex, unplanned pregnancy, and STI's. From early on, it's very important from women to get keep up with themselves in terms of their reproductive systems. When a girl becomes of "child bearing" age it is extremely crucial for her to keep up with her self "down there".

It all begins with personal hygiene. Things like a healthy diet as well as exercise help women maintain healthy pH levels. It's also crucial that women shower regularly and avoid using products that may be irritable to their vaginas.

Hormones also have many important effects on on women  The female sex hormones, estrogen and progesterone, are most well known because their influence on a woman's reproductive health, from menstruation to pregnancy to menopause and more.

And there you have it! Women's Reproductive health! There are many aspects when referring to women's reproductive health from contraceptive to prenatal care! It is important to stay on top of those aspects to avoid any conflicts!

  1. Way to bring it home Carol! Prenatal care in my opinion is something that might get looked over so I am glad you brought it up. A healthy reproductive system will have many different components in it so I am glad you reached them all. I also forget a lot of the reason why my body does what it does is because of hormones, which is completely out of my hands. Nice post
